About Testonomics Founder

Nikhil Bhardwaj holds a distinguished academic background, having earned his B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from Aryabhatta College (formerly RLA College) and an M.A. in Economics from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics. His professional journey includes two years as a Research Assistant to Dr. Farzana Afridi at the Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi, where he honed his research expertise.

In 2018, Nikhil joined the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) as a Grade-A officer in the Department of Economic Analysis and Research (DEAR). During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in policy formulation and research, with a focus on the agricultural sector. Notably, he was a key member of the team that conducted the NABARD All-India Rural Financial Inclusion Survey 2.0 (NAFIS 2.0), a large-scale initiative aimed at assessing rural financial inclusion across India.

Driven by his passion for education and mentorship, Nikhil left NABARD in 2023 to dedicate himself fully to Testonomics. His vision is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and exam success, leveraging his unique blend of scholarly acumen and real-world policy experience to guide the next generation of economics professionals.
